In this 60-day challenge, we will give you all the support you need, including meal plans and access to health coaches to help you through the cleanse. The first two weeks is a transitional period, followed by 4-weeks eating 100% raw. The last two weeks you’ll transition out by eating 80% raw, 20% cooked.
